Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Ltd. reported a healthy performance for Q4 FY22.
For Q4 FY22, revenue from operations was at Rs 974 crore (up 40% YoY and 5% QoQ), higher than our estimate of Rs 913 crore.
Ebitda for the quarter was at Rs 169 crore (up 6% YoY and 29% QoQ), higher than our estimate of Rs 146 crore. Ebitda margin for the quarter was at 17.3%, higher than our estimate of 16.0% (Ebitda margin of 22.8% in Q4 FY21 and 14.1% in Q3 FY22).
Ensuing profit after tax for the quarter was at Rs 112 crore (up 2% YoY and 25% QoQ), higher than our estimate of Rs 100 crore.
Ratnamani Metals has recommended a bonus issue in ratio of 1:2 i.e. one new bonus equity share for every two existing fully paid up equity shares.
