FPIs Buy The Most In Two Months

FPIs net bought equities worth Rs 4,178.61 crore on Oct. 31.

Overseas investors bought the highest amount of Indian equities in two months on Monday.

Foreign portfolio investors remained net buyers for the third day in a row and net bought equities worth Rs 4,178.61 crore today, as per data from the National Stock Exchange.

On the other hand, domestic institutional investors remained net sellers and sold equities worth Rs 1,107.10 crore.

Institutions have net bought Rs 6,129.7 crore worth of equities in October and net sold Rs 31,696.91 crore worth of Indian equities till date in 2022.

The Sensex added nearly 800 points, or over 1.3%, to close at 60,746.59. The Nifty 50 jumped over 225 points, or 1.27%, to close at 18,012.20.
