We interacted with the management of Raymond Ltd. Company targets to capture 10-15% market share in ethnic segment in next five years (under ‘Ethnix’ brand) by focus on aggressive retail expansion, price points and quality differentiation.

For Lifestyle business, Raymond expects textiles to grow in double digits, shirting in mid-teens while apparels to grow in mid to high teens.

Realty business is generating Rs 1-1.25 billion monthly revenue with 20-25% profit after tax margin for property developed on owned land. Management expects Realty to grow at 20% compound annual growth rate.

Engineering vertical is expected to grow two times in coming three-four years. On consolidated basis, revenue and earnings growth is likely to be in mid-teens and high teens respectively.
