IDBI Capital Report

We met the management of J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd. and did site visit of the company’s executed operational and under construction metro lines in Mumbai.

Established in 1999, J Kumar Infra undertakes engineering, procurement and construction work in urban infra segment. In the meet, it shared its vision to deliver revenue of $1 billion (Rs 75 billion) by FY27E (16% compound annual growth rate over FY22-27E), with a stable Ebitda margin of 14-15%.

Order book is targeted to reach Rs 200 billion (2.7 times FY27E revenue) by FY27E with emphasis to undertake construction of metro, bridges, sewage treatment plant/sewerage.

J Kumar Infra has appointed KPMG as consultant to strengthen processes for tendering, purchases, inventory management etc. and plans to appoint auditor from Big 4 in the next two years.
