Industry monthly average assets under management grew 3% month-on-month to Rs 38.9 trillion. However, the number of folio additions declined to 1.8 million from monthly run-rate of 2-3 million over the past 10 months. This was mainly driven by decline in folio addition for passive funds. Debt funds continue to see a decline in folio counts. Systematic investment plan flows stood at Rs 119 billion (versus Rs 123 billion in March 2022).
