As per our dealer channel check, dealers across regions say demand would be subdued in October owing to the festival holidays, Durga Pooja/ Dussehra/Diwali, leading to labour unavailability and restricted truck movements.
While companies across regions (except the Central) are planning to announce price hikes (Norht ~Rs 10, South ~Rs 40, East ~Rs 15, West ~Rs 10), dealers suggest they would sustain despite weak demand.
