Sales from Indian operations declined marginally by 2% while sales from Vietnam/ subsidiary operations grew by 45%. Decline in Indian operations was on account of impact on Russia – Ukraine war. While growth in Vietnam is on account of expanded capacity. CCL Products added 3500 tonne of capacity led by de‐bottlenecking. Consolidated gross margins declined on account of lower offtake of freeze dried coffee. Consolidated Ebitda stood flat YoY, pre‐tax profits declined 5% while reversal of deferred tax helped profit after tax grow by 7%. For FY22, consolidated sales/Ebitda/profit before tax/profit after tax grew by 18%/11%/11%/12% respectively.
