Dolat Capital Report
Wholesale numbers in November 2022 are expected to be muted led by inventory de-stocking, weak retail sales (seasonally sluggish month) and semiconductor shortage issue.
Strong demand for high end passenger vehicles, premium bikes was offset by muted demand of entry level bikes and cars along with moderation in volume growth of commercial vehicles.
Rural market is still a worry and people are deferring their purchases due to high inflation. We expect retail sales to go up next month driven by year-end discounts and marriage season demand.
