Israeli Health Panel Recommends Barring Travel to U.S., Canada

(Bloomberg) -- An Israeli Health Ministry panel has recommended adding the U.S. and Canada, as well as a number of other countries, to the list of destinations that are off-limits to its citizens due to the prevalence of the omicron coronavirus variant.
If approved by the cabinet, the restrictions will go into effect at midnight Tuesday.
