Celebrity power couple Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have hit the headlines once again. They recently bought a luxurious villa in Alibaug near Mumbai, and now, the first looks of this luxurious villa are out.
The four-bedroom villa, which is designed by a Cape Town-based architectural firm along with Sussanne Khan, is part of a project by luxury wellness company Avas Wellness. The company is founded by hospitality entrepreneur Aditya Kilachand. The Avas Wellness project includes eco-friendly homes, multi-cuisine cafes, a spa and wellness centre, jogging tracks, and a swimming pool.
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s contemporary villa has a monochromatic scheme and features “rustic wood elements, sharp finishes interspersed with textures and prints that add an element of chic playfulness,” Architectural Digest India reports.
The photos shared by Architectural Digest India feature a 10-seater dining table that overlooking an open area with a glass wall, a private pool, a vast high-ceiling living room with white sofas. The luxury mansion has greenery both inside and outside. Apart from the four bedrooms and private pool, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s Alibaug villa has two covered car garages, a terrace, four bathrooms with powder rooms, an outdoor dining area, and staff quarters.
Reports suggest that this luxury contemporary villa is priced between ₹10.5 Crore and ₹13 Crore.

Recently, documents accessed by Zapkey.com showed that the former Indian cricket captain and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi actress also purchased an eight-acre land parcel in Alibaug. The couple, through Vikas Kohli (their authorised signatory), purchased the 3,350 sq land parcel for around ₹19.24 Crore. The documents showed that sale was registered on September 1, 2022.
Virat Kohli has also leased a portion of the Gouri Kunj bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai. This bungalow is owned by the late actor-singer Kishore Kumar’s family. Reports suggest that the cricketer will be using the leased portion of the bungalow for his new restaurant, One8 Commune. The restaurant chain has resto-bars in Pune, Delhi, and Kolkata.
