Archean Chemical Industries, whose initial public offering (IPO) saw a strong response from bidders during its bidding process between November 9, 2022, and November 11, 2022, is expected to finalise the allotment of shares today i.e., November 16, 2022.

The Archean Chemical Industries IPO comprised an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1,61,50,000 equity shares and a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹805 Crore. The IPO received bids for 64,31,78,772 shares as against 1,99,57,325 shares on offer. The price band for the Archean Chemical Industries IPO was ₹386-₹407 per share.
