Fresh Covid-19 cases in India rose for the fourth straight day, pushing up the active tally.
The nation reported 3,688 fresh coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare's update at 8 a.m. on April 30. Single-day recoveries stood at 2,755.
India's active tally crossed 18,000.
