Fresh Covid-19 cases in India rose to the highest in two weeks.
India reported 2,828 new coronavirus cases and 14 deaths in the last 24 hours, according to an update from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare at 8:00 am on May 29.
Active Covid-19 cases, too, inched up, crossing the 17,000-mark as fresh additions continued to outpace one-day recoveries.
