Active Covid-19 cases in India dropped to the lowest in close to three months.
The country added 6,093 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry’s update as of 8 a.m. on Sept. 9.
The active tally fell below the 50,000-mark—the lowest since June 14.
