Fresh Covid-19 cases in India lagged daily recoveries for a sixth straight day on Sunday, bringing down the active caseloads.
India reported 1,994 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to an 8 a.m. update from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The country saw 2,601 recoveries with four deaths in the last 24 hours.
India's active case tally now stands at 23,432.
