Uber Divests Entire Stake In Zomato

Uber Technologies Inc. divested its entire stake in Zomato Ltd., garnering Rs 3,087 crore.

Uber sold 61.2 crore shares for Rs 50.44 apiece, a 9.2% discount to the company's closing price on Aug. 2.

Fidelity Investment bought 5.45 crore shares for Rs 50.26 apiece and ICICI Prudential bought 4.5 crore shares for Rs 50.25 apiece, according to data from the Bombay Stock Exchange.
