Here are the stocks to watch going into trade today..

Asian stocks were mixed and U.S. equity futures advanced on Wednesday ahead of Chinese and US economic data.

Japan’s market was mixed, while Australia and South Korea remained volatile.

The Singapore-traded SGX Nifty, an early barometer of India's benchmark Nifty 50, fell nearly 0.59% to 16,115.50 points as of 6:40 a.m

Oil fell below $100 a barrel after losing nearly 10% this week, amid Covid lockdowns in China.

Elsewhere, bitcoin hovered around $31,000.

Here are the stocks to watch in today's trade:

  • State Bank of India: The bank approved raising $2 billion in single or multiple tranches through a public offer and/or private placement of senior unsecured notes in US dollar or any other convertible currency in FY23.

  • RITES: The company led consortium has received an order for consultancy services for review of design and construction supervision for development of sections of Eastern Railway Line, Ministry of Railways Development, Ghana for $21.06 million. The company holds 60% stake in the consortium.

  • Wipro: The company extended its strategic agreement with Paris based Crédit Agricole CIB, the corporate and investment bank division of Crédit Agricole Group.

  • Aurobindo Pharma: The company has been issued a ‘Form 483’ with six observations during inspection by United States Food and Drug Administration. It will respond to the US FDA within the stipulated timeline and work closely with US FDA to close the observations.

  • Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care: The company raised Rs 1,050 crore from TPG Growth and existing investor Temasek. It plans to deploy capital to expand the current network of 105 hospitals to over 200 hospitals in the next 3-4 years.

  • DB Realty: The company has acquired entire equity shares of Turf Estate Realty from Turf Estate Joint Venture LLP (in which the company already holds 50% stake) existing shareholder of TERPL.

  • Future Enterprise: The company has defaulted on bond obligation for Rs 2.28 crore.

  • MTAR Technologies: The company approved acquisition of Gee Pee Aerospace & Defence, a MSME company, for Rs 8.82 crore.

  • Delhivery: Initial Public Offering will open today with 11.33 crore shares comprising of fresh stock and an offer for sale by existing shareholders. Shares will be sold in price band of Rs 462-487 apiece. The issue will close on May 13. It raised Rs 2346.78 crore through 64 anchor investors at price of Rs 487 per share. Anchor investors include Singapore government, Omers, Fidelity Investment, Goldman Sachs, Aberdeen, SBI, Invesco and HDFC, among others.

  • Venus Pipes: Initial Public Offering will open today with 50.74 lakh shares with price band of Rs 310-326 apiece. The issue will close on May 13. Anchor investors subscribed to 15.22 lakh shares for Rs 326 apiece.
