HCL Tech's Roshni Nadar Malhotra Is India's Richest Woman For Second Year In A Row: Hurun List

Roshni Nadar Malhotra, the chairperson of HCL Technologies Ltd., has retained her position as the richest Indian woman, with her wealth shooting up 54% over last year, according to a Kotak Private Banking-Hurun list.
Malhotra, whose net worth rose to Rs 84,330 crore, was followed by Nykaa's founder Falguni Nayar.
Nayar is the richest self-made woman with a net worth of Rs 57,520 crore, which is 963% higher than last year.
Biocon Ltd.'s Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw stood at third position, down one rank with her net worth tumbling 21% over last year to Rs 29,030 crore.



The cut-off for the top 10 was Rs 6,620 crore, which is 22% higher than the previous year, the report said.
Two new names that made it to the list this year are Neha Narkhede and Vandana Lal. Narkhede is the co-founder of data streaming technology business Confluent and has a net worth of Rs 13,380 crore. Lal is the executive director of Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd., with a wealth of Rs 6,810 crore.
