FPIs Stay Net Buyers For The Second Straight Day

FPIs net bought equities worth Rs 1,568.75 crore today, as per data from the National Stock Exchange.

Overseas investors in Indian equities remained net buyers for the second day in a row, on Friday.

Foreign portfolio investors net bought equities worth Rs 1,568.75 crore today, as per data from the National Stock Exchange.

However, domestic institutional investors stayed net sellers and sold equities worth Rs 613.37 crore.

Institutions have net bought Rs 9,201.21 crore worth of equities in October, and net sold Rs 28,625.4 crore worth of Indian equities till date in 2022.

The Sensex rose over 200 points or 0.34% to close at 59,959.85. The Nifty 50 added 50 points to close at 17,786.80.
