FPIs Snap Two-Day Buying Streak To Turn Net Sellers

FPIs net sold equities worth Rs 247.01 crore today, as per data from the National Stock Exchange.

Overseas investors in Indian equities turned net sellers after two days of net buying, on Tuesday.

Foreign portfolio investors net sold equities worth Rs 247.01 crore today, as per data from the National Stock Exchange.

Domestic institutional investors turned net buyers and bought equities worth Rs 872.88 crore.

Institutions have net bought Rs 7,007.53 crore worth of equities in October and net sold Rs 30,819.08 crore worth of Indian equities till date in 2022.

The Sensex fell 0.48% (288 points) to close at 59,543.96, while the Nifty 50 also declined by a similar magnitude to close at 17,656.35.
