FPIs Snap Three-Day Buying Streak To Turn Net Sellers

Foreign portfolio investors net sold equities worth 2,250.77 crore today, as per data from the National Stock Exchange.

Overseas investors in Indian equities ended the week by turning net sellers after three days of net buying, on Friday.

Foreign portfolio investors net sold equities worth 2,250.77 crore today, as per data from the National Stock Exchange.

On the other hand, domestic institutional investors turned net buyers and bought equities worth Rs 545.25 crore.

Institutions have net bought Rs 4,398.58 crore worth of equities in October, and net sold Rs 33,428.03 crore worth of Indian equities till date in 2022.

The Sensex erased most of the intraday losses to close at 58,191.29, while the Nifty 50 fell 0.1% to close at 17,314.65.
